I know what it means to lead under pressure. I also know what it costs when your body stops cooperating, and nobody around you has the language for it.
The fog, the bloating, the joint inflammation, the hormonal shifts I could not explain — I kept pushing through until I could not. Then I slowed down, connected the dots between what I was eating and how I was functioning, and rebuilt — with the same strategic lens I had brought to boardrooms.
An MBA from MIT Sloan. A certificate in nutrition science from Stanford. Training with a Michelin-starred chef. Yoga teacher training in India — where I understood, in a way that no textbook had taught me, what the nervous system does to appetite, to cravings, and to the body's ability to absorb nourishment under sustained pressure. Massage therapy training — where I learned what the body holds under sustained stress, and the self-soothing techniques that now run through the work I do with clients. And the food cultures I grew up between — France and Togo — where meals have always been about pleasure, care, and connection. Not control.
